We are confident that you will absolutely love our Wall Decal products. DISCLAIMER: WALLTAT is not responsible for misapplication, substrate adhering issues or damages caused during installation. If you are not comfortable installing, we recommend hiring a professional painter or wallpaper hanger that is familiar with wall decals. WALLTAT offers customizable and non-customizable designs. For the customizable products, customers have the ability to select from hundreds of product styles, 34 color options and 5 sizes for the ultimate decorating experience. WALLTAT reserves the right to decline refund if the wall decal product is not in perfect condition. If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be returned to you. WALLTAT offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise unless you have received the incorrect product. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of WALLTAT receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, processing time of your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and processing time of your bank to our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
